Current Login Issue
We are currently experiencing login issues for some users using Safari on iPads. We sincerely apologise and would like to assure you that this is a system issue and not something you are doing wrong when logging in.
If you are using an iPad could you please ensure you have cleared your Safari cache as follows:
Open Settings
Tap the ⚙️ Settings app on your iPad.
Go to Safari Settings
Scroll down and select Safari from the list.
Clear History and Website Data
Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
Confirm by tapping Clear in the popup.
