Christmas is an important time of year for many of us and we pride ourselves on making sure that our team have ample time with family and friends over the festive period. Bernard, Helen and Alfie, will be enjoying a working holiday with some of you at Denham Grove this year and they look forward to seeing some of you then.

Current Login Issue

We are currently experiencing login issues for some users using Safari on iPads. We sincerely apologise and would like to assure you that this is a system issue and not something you are doing wrong when logging in.

If you are using an iPad could you please ensure you have cleared your Safari cache as follows:

  1. Open Settings

    • Tap the ⚙️ Settings app on your iPad.

  2. Go to Safari Settings

    • Scroll down and select Safari from the list.

  3. Clear History and Website Data

    • Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
    • Confirm by tapping Clear in the popup.

We are currently experiencing login issues for some users using Safari on iPads. We sincerely apologise and would like to assure you that this is a system issue and not something you are doing wrong when logging in.

The issue is related to a third-party integration and we are working with the developers to get the issue resolved ASAP.

Current resolution status:
WE ARE MAKING INCREMENTAL PROGRESS. WE HOPE TO HAVE THIS FIXED THIS WEEK. PLEASE CONTINUE TO REPORT FAILED LOGINS OR WHETHER YOU CAN NOW LOGIN NORMALLY.
