A method of dealing when you do not shuffle after the previous deal’s play.
The dealer starts by giving five cards at once to each player. This is repeated for a second round, before a further three cards are dealt together to each player.
An alternative method is to deal four cards to each player on the first round and then three cards to each player on three subsequent rounds. As one might expect, hands dealt this way are often wildly distributional.
